This data protection declaration aims at informing the user of this website about the nature, extent and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website owner (OPTINNA GmbH, Strauchergasse 13, 8020 Graz, Austria) informieren. The website owner treats your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal provisions (GDPR, EU 2016/679). The storage time of your personal data depends on the legal retention time (e.g. related to commercial or fiscal law). Following the expiry of the respective period, the data is routinely deleted, provided that they are not needed for contractual fulfillment or contract initiation and/or if there is no legitimate interest on further storing the data from our side.

Since all data are anonymised they cannot be traced back to you.

This website uses the map service provider Google Maps via API. The provider is Google Ireland Limited („Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
When using the functions of Google Maps your IP address is saved and sent to the Google servers located in the US and stored there. As the website owner we cannot influence this transmission of data.
The use of Google Maps is based on our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit f GDPR of displaying our online offer in an appealing way and enabling an easier location of the addresses indicated on our website.
SSL Encryption
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect the transmission of confidential data (e.g. requests sent via the contact form). The connection is encrypted when there is a lock symbol in the browser line and when the address line begins with ‘https://’ (instead of ‘http://’). If the SSL/TLS encryption is actived your submitted data cannot be read by third parties.
Rights of the user – Information, rectification and deletion
As a user, you are at all times entitled to know what type of personal data is held about you. You also have the right to rectify incorrect data and delete your personal data, provided that your request does not collide with legal provisions about the retention of data. If you suspect an illegitimate use of your data you can bring in a complaint before the regulatory authority. In Austria this is the data protection agency.
